How long does it usually take to hear a response after feeling out a vacation request form? I filled one out about a week ago and I haven't heard anything yet so I wasn't sure if that was a good, bad or normal thing.

I'm sorry, but because our vacation properties are donated by local families and businesses, the holidays are booked far in advance by "paying" guests and that is simply too much to ask of them in an uncertain economy. We have extended the "return" period, so maybe that will fit better into your schedule when his deployment ends.

Is it possible to requestthe Christmas period even though it is "blacked out" in case there is availability. My husband is deployed and will be home for R&R during those dates.

Our current vacations are available in NE Florida. It would be up to each family to find their own transportation. For something closer to home, please check out the Morgan RV parks for a camping option that is available in areas outside of Florida. (Our sponsors are listed on the right hand side of each page.)
