Greetings from Folkston, GA!! My family and I had the awesome opportunity to take advantage of one your vacations so generously offered. We just wanted to say a heartfelt thank you to the owners of the property we spent our time in. This was an unexpected gift that we stumbled upon, and it was a much needed vacation. It is so nice to know that there are generous, giving, and kind-hearted people still left in this world.

We endured a lot stress and worry while Brian was deployed to Afghanistan, however, we are grateful for the experience. Mainly because it taught us the importance of family and good friends, but also, it gave us an extreme sense of pride and honor for our wonderful country! Continue reading →

Dear Wendy and Warrior Vacations,

It is hard to believe that it is nearly December and close to the anniversary of my husband’s return from Afghanistan. He came home to us right before Christmas, and after all the hoopla of the holidays and the visiting of the relatives, we had to throw ourselves into preparing for a move from Virginia to Georgia. I had planned for us to take a week at Myrtle Beach, but that was before we knew we were moving. We did go, but my poor husband had to drive down to Georgia first to get the new house keys, and he had to interrupt our vacation to go back down to open the house for the movers.
